Holotropic Journeys respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and how you stay in control.

What we collect

• Mailing list: your name and email address, when you choose to follow the journey.
• Messages: your name, email and message, when you contact us through the website.
• Registrations: the details you give when you register for a journey, including your health questionnaire, which helps us make sure the work is safe for you.

How we use it

Only to respond to you, to run the journeys you register for, and, if you’ve opted in, to send occasional emails about upcoming journeys, resources and reflections. We never sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.

Health information

What you share in your questionnaire is treated as confidential, seen only by Wilde and Kyla, and used solely to support your safety and wellbeing.

Where it’s stored

Your information is kept securely with the services we use to run Holotropic Journeys, including our website, Fillout for forms and registrations, and Stripe for payments.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, just email us.
